QEF Neuro Rehabilitation Services has treated people with acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions for more than 20 years at Banstead Place.
Working with adults aged between 16-65 who have complex physical, cognitive, communication, social and emotional needs consequent to acquired brain injury, including stroke or other neurological conditions.

They provide residential, day placement and outreach neurorehabilitation services; assessment, intensive neurorehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation and education are integral to their work.

The multi-disciplinary team offers intensive rehabilitation programmes to match the individual needs of clients. Highly experienced medical, therapy, vocational, teaching, recreation, nursing and rehabilitation support staff, enable clients to work towards their goals. Working closely with families, health and social services in the community to ensure the development and transfer of key physical, communication, cognitive and functional skills.

The goal is to maximise recovery for our clients to enable them to identify realistic plans for their future and find a quality of life which meets their needs, interests and aspirations.

Located in Surrey, the Brain Injury Centre is spacious and well equipped, surrounded by woodland gardens, lawns and recreation areas. Accommodation includes single bedrooms and independent living units, enabling clients to experience progressive levels of independence within a supportive environment.

Regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and, being registered as a National Specialist College we are also regulated by OFSTED. They are a Headway Approved Provider for residential rehabilitation and a member of the Independent Neurorehabilitation Provider’s Alliance (INPA)
